This project developed a smart mobility plan to cut greenhouse gas emissions from campus transportation. The system integrated EV shuttles, e-bikes, and bike-sharing, supported by a mobile app tracking routes and user behavior to optimize planning.

Solar-powered charging stations and bike service points were distributed across campus. Students used the app to reserve vehicles, check schedules, and earn carbon credit points redeemable at campus shops.

In its first year, private car use fell by 22%, cutting over 1,600 tCO2e. More than 5,200 users engaged with the system. The project advances SDG 11 and SDG 13, and fulfills 2025 indicators 96, 210, and 111.
