Project on Developing Wellbeing Spaces and Engagement Activities to Sustainably Enhance the Quality of Life of Personnel and the Organization

The "KUSE Happy Workplace for Sustainability" initiative aims to improve the work environment and quality of life for personnel through the renovation of conference rooms, meeting rooms, and staff rest areas, combined with continuous activities promoting interpersonal relationships, learning, and employee engagement. This fosters a Happy Workplace conducive to high work efficiency and sustainable development.

This initiative aligns with SDG 3 (Promoting health and well-being of personnel), SDG 4 (Supporting spaces for learning and knowledge exchange), SDG 8 (Enhancing the quality of work life and operational productivity), SDG 11 (Developing shared spaces for optimal, cost-effective, and sustainable utilization), and SDG 17 (Building partnerships and engaging personnel across all sectors to drive the organization toward sustainability).
