This project developed climate-smart rice farming systems using drought- and flood-tolerant varieties, with soil moisture sensors guiding precise irrigation schedules.

Organic fertilizers and straw composting replaced open burning, lowering costs while protecting the environment.

In 2023, yields rose 18% while GHG emissions fell 420 tCO2e. The project aligns with SDG 2, SDG 13, and SDG 12, fulfilling 2023 indicators 34 and 96.
